Sport England grant news!!!!!

Vale Royal Sub Aqua Club ( VRSAC ), a Clubmark registered organisation, covering central, east and south Cheshire and who celebrated their 30^th Anniversary last year, have just been awarded a grant from Sport England to purchase new kit which will allow them to expand their activities further with young people from 14 years upwards for scuba diving and younger ages for snorkelling. This new equipment will allow VRSAC to offer experience of scuba diving and snorkelling to a greater number of young people in the area and to offer training for those who might wish to continue on further with the sport. As well as extensive training activities, VRSAC has an active programme of diving off the coast of North Wales and other parts of the UK as well as longer term holiday trips overseas. VRSAC meet each Thursday evening at Winsford Lifestyle Centre between 8.30 and 10pm.
